Draft Bruce?
Will the Boss take on the Chimp in a head-to-head competition for media attention on Sept. 1? The Republican National Convention will be taking place that day, and George Bush will be accepting the nomination (barring a massive party-wide epiphany). So the media will obviously be focusing attention on the event. But what if there was another massive event in the same area (Giants Stadium)with the goal of defeating Bush? Could a massive concert with Bruce Springstein and others offset the media coverage of Bush? Well, I'm an optimist, so I've signed the petition toDraft Bruce.
